Instructions:
1. Introduction and Grounding (5 minutes):
The game starts with a brief introduction and grounding exercise. Players sit comfortably with their eyes closed and take a few deep breaths. They focus on their breath, feeling the air move in and out of their bodies, and allow themselves to relax.
2. Body Scan (10 minutes):
